Privacy Policy

This policy explains what happens to your information when you ask for a free resource from @ugc.aaron on Instagram. The service (“reel-relay”) is operated by Aaron Motayne.

What we collect

• Your Instagram username and Instagram user ID.
• The messages exchanged in our Instagram conversation, including the comment that started it.
• The email address you send us.

Why we collect it

• To send you the resource you asked for.
• To check that you follow @ugc.aaron when an offer requires it.

We send only the email you asked for. We do not add you to a newsletter or mailing list, and we do not sell or share your information for advertising.

Who processes it

• Google Firebase – stores the information above.
• Resend – delivers the email containing your resource.
• Meta (Instagram) – carries the messages between you and @ugc.aaron.

How long we keep it

We keep your information until you ask us to delete it.

How to delete your data

To delete everything we hold about you, either:

• send the word DELETE in a direct message to @ugc.aaron on Instagram, or
• email aaron@aaronmotayne.com with your Instagram username.

We delete the information we store (your Instagram username/ID, email and funnel progress) within 30 days, usually immediately. Our email provider (Resend) and Meta keep their own delivery logs under their policies.
